Emma

Hi, I'm Emma! I’m a wedding photographer based in the Okanagan, British Columbia.

I’ve had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. My dad taught me how to use his old Nikon film camera when I was in elementary school and I loved it from the moment I started.

When I graduated I bought my first big DSLR and took it on a two-month trip. It was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been documenting life ever since and eventually turned that into my full-time business in 2019. While I officially launched Emma Tassie Photography that year, my roots go way deeper.

My specialty is people, and I gravitate towards playful + intimate shoots. I specialize in engagement shoots + weddings, and also do family + brand photography on the side. I’m here for it all! I’m here to capture genuine love in whatever form that looks like. This is an open space, show up as you are. I look forward to hearing from you!
